Brief Introduction

Furthermore, the dual-sealed system, utilizing dry oil and water, keeps plaster powder and engine oil separate, ensuring unmatched reliability. Available in multiple crushing chamber types-standard (PYB) for medium, medium type for both medium and fine, and short head for fine crushing-this versatile crusher adapts to your specific needs.


Working Principle
The dynamic spring cone crusher functions through the interaction between its movable and fixed cones. The movable cone is supported by a spherical bearing, mounted on a hanging erect shaft within an eccentric sleeve, which sits on stopping and pushing bearings. Together, the movable cone and erect shaft are driven by the eccentric shaft sleeve, which is itself powered by a horizontal shaft and fabricated gear, connected via v-belts to a motor-driven conveyor wheel.
The intricate design of the cone crusher features an eccentric sleeve that, upon rotation, depicts a conical surface outlined by the shaft. As the movable cone advances towards the fixed cone, material is finely crushed, and upon withdrawal, the processed material is expelled through the discharge opening. The fixed cone's adjustable setting facilitates the widening or narrowing of the discharge opening, thus dictating the final output size.

Production Line
In our comprehensive production line, materials are initially and systematically fed into the jaw crusher by a vibrating feeder. Post initial crushing, they're conveyed to the impact crusher for another round of meticulous crushing. The resultant material is then transferred to a vibrating screen, where the exciter mechanism causes the screen mesh to vibrate, effectively sorting materials as they descend, thus achieving optimal separation.
