Working Principle:
In the remarkable process of sand-making, material is elegantly introduced into the feed hopper and guided into the high-speed rotary sling wheel through the center feeding hole. Here, the material accelerates with breathtaking speed, reaching several dozen times the force of gravity. This high-speed journey propels the material from the sling wheel, where it first collides with other rebounded materials from the sling wheel, initiating a dynamic blend of forces. The interaction continues as these materials impact either the material lining (rock-rock) or the strike-back block (rock-iron), rebounding and soaring to the top of the eddy cavity in the cement sand making machine. Moving with precision in an inclined-up direction, the material follows a carefully orchestrated deflection-down path, ultimately forming a continuous material curtain with contributions from the impeller's passage.

Sand Making Production Line:
In a seamless flow, raw material is initially channeled through the feeder into the jaw crusher. From there, a belt conveyor expertly transfers the material to a secondary, fine jaw crusher for further refinement. Meeting the required standards, the product is gracefully conveyed by another belt conveyor to the vibrating screen's output. Those materials meeting the specific feeding size are then directed into the sand making machine, where the transformation into the final product occurs. Concluding the journey, the final product is precisely conveyed to the vibrating screen through the belt conveyor, ensuring a flawless finish.
