Working Principle
In action, the Single Cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crusher comes to life, driven by a powerful motor that sets the pinion gear in motion. This connection engages a larger gear, which propels the large gear assembly, including its holder and eccentric steel bushing. The force transfers to the eccentric bushing assembly, consisting of the eccentric cylinder and copper bushings, and ultimately to the main shaft assembly, which features the main shaft, inner cone, and liner. As it rotates around a theoretical vertical axis, the main shaft assembly pivots and expertly maneuvers within the eccentric copper bushing, enabling optimal material processing and extraordinary results.

When not in active crushing, the eccentric bushing assembly diligently supports the main shaft assembly, allowing for synchronous rotation with the large gear, ensuring readiness for action.

Upon introducing material into the expertly designed crushing chamber, the main shaft assembly, comprising the main shaft and inner cone, gracefully rotates within the eccentric bushing, tackling material resistance with ease.
