Our ball mill operates as a horizontal and tubular machine with dual chambers, featuring a grid type structure driven by external gears. Materials are evenly fed through the spiral trunnion into the first hopper, lined with stepped or corrugated plates and filled with varied steel balls. As the cylinder rotates, centrifugal force lifts the balls, which then fall by gravity, providing impactful grinding. Post initial coarse grinding, materials pass through a monolayer partition into the second hopper, equipped with a plane scale board and steel balls for further refinement. The process culminates as finely ground materials exit via the discharge grate, concluding the grinding cycle.
